Fuel Pump Relay: Service and Repair
Fuel Pump Relay
REMOVAL
1.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2.
Pull back on the front edges on the center carpet panel. Disengage the push pin retainers.
3.
Remove the attaching screw and carpet panel.
4.
Disconnect the relay connector.
5.
Remove the relay retaining bolt and remove the relay.
INSTALLATION
1.
Position the pump relay and secure with retaining bolt.
2.
Reconnect the electrical connector to the relay.
3.
Position the carpet panel with attaching screw, and secure with the push pins.
4.
Reconnect the negative battery cable.
