b. Pull the weatherstrip aside at the top of the division bar.
c. Apply a coating of Weatherstrip & Rubber Adhesive (E8AZ-19552-A) to both sides after inserting the adhesive tube nozzle between the
division bar and weatherstrip, Figure 4.
d. Insert a wedge into the weatherstrip to ensure it is spread fully into the division bar channel.
e. Remove the wedge after the adhesive has cured. Raise the door glass.
WINDOW OPERATION WITH DOOR CLOSED
1. Check the LH door glass for excessive curvature at the rear edge.

a. Position 2 nuts from the retaining hardware on the door glass as shown in Figure 5.
b. Place a straight edge on top of the 2 nuts.
c. Measure the distance between the straight edge and the door glass upper surface.

The distance should be 8 mm +/- 1 mm.

If the distance is greater than 9 mm, replace the door glass.
d. Install the door glass retaining hardware to the door glass.
