The attached chart lists the company field service locations and personnel which may be contacted for assistance when tire related concerns cannot be
resolved by local retail tire outlets.

Occasionally, vehicle owners need assistance in resolving tire related concerns, such as adjustment or replacement. At times, these concerns cannot be
satisfactorily resolved, even with dealer assistance, by the local tire distributor.

As an aid to dealer service personnel, the following chart has been provided which lists tire company field service locations and personnel. The
appropriate tire company field office may be contacted when further assistance is required to resolve customer concerns. Tire company field service
locations are also listed in the tire warranty booklet provided in each new vehicle. In addition, the following phone numbers may also be used after first
contacting an area office as listed in the following chart.
