10. Disconnect the caliper from the brake hose.

Plug the brake hose.

 
Installation 

NOTE:  After installation, bleed the brake system. 

1. Using the special tool, fully retract the caliper piston.

Fully retract the piston.

Make sure the piston location mark is in the correct position so that the locator pin on the brake pad back plate locates correctly into the piston.

2. Loosely connect the brake hose to the caliper.

Remove the brake hose plug.

3. Install the caliper.
