Cougar V6-153 2.5L DOHC VIN L SFI (2001)
9. Disconnect the right and left-hand air hose from the heater/evaporator core housing (left-hand side shown).
10. Disconnect the air distributor from the heater/evaporator core housing (housing shown removed).
11. Remove the heater outlet floor duct from the heater/evaporator core housing.
1. Remove the screw.
2. Slide the air duct upwards.
3. Release the retaining tabs on each side and remove the heater outlet floor duct.
12. Remove the heater/evaporator core housing.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
2. Check heating and air conditioning system for normal operation.
