Open the high-pressure side shut-off valve on the gauge set.

Switch the service unit to "Fill" mode and fill with the prescribed quantity of liquid refrigerant (R-134a).
6. Filling the air conditioning system through the low-pressure connection.

Open the low-pressure side shut-off valve on the gauge set.

Switch the service unit to "Fill" mode and fill with gaseous refrigerant.

Add the remaining amount of refrigerant with the air conditioning switched on. To do so run the engine at about 1200-1500 rev/min. Set the
air conditioning system to full cooling power and fresh air mode. Set the blower to full power. Fill with the remainder of the prescribed fill
quantity.
CAUTION: Only gaseous filling of the air conditioning system is carried out through the low-pressure connection.
7. Disconnect the servicing unit.

Close the shut-off valve.

Switch off the servicing unit.

Separate the refrigerant hoses from the air conditioning system.

Screw protective caps on the fill valves.
NOTE: Do not detach the high-pressure hose when the air conditioning is switched on.
