6. Disconnect the following electrical connectors.
1. Ignition coil.
2. Radio capacitor.
7. Disconnect the Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor and Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor electrical connectors (accessory drive belt removed for
clarity).
8. Raise and support the vehicle.
9. Disconnect the Air Conditioning (AC) compressor electrical connector.
10. Secure the AC compressor to one side.
