15. CAUTION: Protect the ball joint seal to prevent damage.
Detach the lower arm from the wheel knuckle.
16. CAUTION: Secure the wheel knuckle to prevent damage to the halfshaft.
Detach the wheel knuckle.
17. WARNING: Support the strut and spring assembly. Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury
CAUTION: Use an Allen key to prevent the piston rod from rotating and causing damage.
Detach the strut and spring assembly.
Installation
1. Position the strut and spring assembly.

Loosely fit the nut.
