2. CAUTION: Hold the screw connection steady.
Install the fluid cooler tubes.
1. Feed tube
2. Return tube
3. CAUTION: Do not loosen connector cooler inlet to transaxle.
Position and install the lower transaxle cooling tube.
4. CAUTION: Do not loosen connector cooler inlet to transaxle.
Position and install the upper transaxle cooling tube.
5. CAUTION: Use of any transmission fluid other than the

recommended fluid, may cause transmission/transaxle damage.
Check the automatic transmission fluid level, add Motorcraft MERCON(R) Multi-Purpose Automatic Transmission Fluid XT-2-QDX or
equivalent meeting MERCON(3 specification as necessary. MERCON(R) Automatic Transmission Fluid is being replaced by MERCON(R) V as
a service fluid, as per TSB 06-14-4.
