Disconnect the ABS wiring harness bracket from the suspension strut.
CAUTION: To avoid to damage the halfshaft joints and boots, do not bend the inner halfshaft joint by more than 18 degrees, the outer one by not
more than 45 degrees.
7. Using the special tools, disconnect the right-hand halfshaft.
8. Using the special tools, remove the right-hand halfshaft.
Installation
1. CAUTION: To avoid to damage the halfshaft joints and boots, do not bend the inner halfshaft joint by more than 18 degrees, the outer one by not
more than 45 degrees.
NOTE: Install a new snap ring.
Install the right-hand halfshaft.

Check that the snap ring engages correctly.
