Cougar/XR7 V8-4.6L VIN W (1997)
30. Install RH and LH valve cover gaskets (6584). Tighten studs and bolts to 8-12 Nm (71-106 inch lbs.).
31. Install new oil bypass filter.
32. Install drive belt idler pulley and drive belt tensioner with ignition coils and tighten seven nuts to 20-30 Nm (15-22 ft. lbs.).
33. Install water pump pulley and tighten bolts to 20-30 Nm (15-22 ft. lbs.).
34. Install accessory drive belt.
