Throttle Cable/Linkage: Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures

Based on the condition, the following steps are to be used for diagnosis following disconnection of the accelerator cable from the throttle body lever. If
vehicle is equipped with speed control, disconnect the speed control actuator cable from the throttle body lever.
