Cougar/XR7 V8-4.6L VIN W (1997)
5. Place rear wheel knuckle on the Hub Support T89P-1104-A and position on press bed plate.
6. Position rear hub on rear wheel bearing and using Front Hub Bearing Remover/Replacer T83P-1104-AH2 and Hub Support T89P-1104-A, press
rear hub into rear wheel bearing.
NOTE: If vehicle is equipped with drum brakes, install brake shoes and linings, brake shoe hold-down springs and adjuster on rear brake backing
plate. See Brakes and Traction Control.
7. Prior to installation of rear hub/rear wheel bearing and rear wheel knuckle, replace bearing dust seal on the outboard CV joint with new seal.
