All 1992/1993 Model Year Ford Crown Victoria and Mercury Grand Marquis passenger cars equipped with Trailer Tow and Air Suspension.

Certain 1994 Model Year Ford Crown Victoria cars produced from August 1, 1993 through February 7, 1994, equipped with Trailer Tow and Air
Suspension.

Certain 1994 Model Year Mercury Grand Marquis cars produced from August 1, 1993 through December 23, 1994, equipped with Trailer Tow and
Air Suspension.
REASON FOR THIS PROGRAM
Information concerning trailer towing with these vehicles when they are equipped with the load equalizing hitches (aftermarket accessories), and optional
air spring rear suspension systems may have been omitted inadvertently from the customer's Owner Guide. Ford Motor Company has specific
recommendations regarding towing and hitch adjustment for cars so equipped.
SERVICE ACTION
To correct this condition, owners of the affected vehicles will be mailed correction sticker pages outlining the detailed procedure. Owners will be asked
to affix them to their Owner Guide as detailed on Attachment II.
Owners may also return to their dealer to have the corrected sticker pages affixed.
