Ford Motor Company is providing a no-charge Service Program, Number 94B58, to owners of certain 1992-1994 Ford Crown Victoria and Mercury
Grand Marquis passenger cars equipped with trailer tow and air suspension.
REASON FOR THIS PROGRAM
Information concerning trailer towing with these vehicles when they are equipped with the load- equalizing hitches (aftermarket accessories), and
optional air spring rear suspension systems may have been omitted inadvertently from the Owner Guide of your car. Ford Motor Company has specific
recommendations regarding towing and hitch adjustment for cars so equipped.
NEW PACES PROVIDED WITH THIS LETTER
In order to provide you with the information concerning towing with and adjustment of load-equalizing hitches, we have enclosed a two-piece sticker
page with this letter. Please affix each portion of the new sticker page in your car's Owner Guide as described below.
ATTACHING THE PAGE
Peel off the protective backing from the top section of the sticker page and affix it to the inside surface of the front cover of your Owner Guide. Affix the
remaining portion of the sticker at the bottom of the page as indicated below:
