Before diagnosing for a possible concern in the A/C refrigerant portion of the A/C system, check the cable routing, Figures 1 and 2. Refer
to the 1992 Crown Victoria/Grand Marquis Service Manual, Section 12-03, for the cable adjustment procedure.
