A/C Clutch Signal: Description and Operation

The Electronic Control Assembly (ECA) monitors the A/C clutch apply signal. The ECA uses this signal to adjust the Idle Speed Control By-Pass Air
(ISC-BPA) valve to maintain the proper idle speed.
