Removal
1.
Raise the vehicle. Remove air tube and check valve.
2.
Remove the bolts attaching the converter inlet flange to the Y-pipe.
3.
Remove the nuts attaching the muffler inlet pipe to the converter outlet flange.
4.
Separate the catalytic converter inlet and outlet flange connections.
5.
Remove the converter
6.
Replace any damaged parts.
