Reconnect reworked crankcase vent hose assembly to the air cleaner connector. Reconnect the PCV valve vacuum line (yellow or white) same as
original routing. Route the 1/4 inch diameter end of the reducer hose to the intake manifold vacuum tree fitting port No. 3 per Figure 11. Cut the
reducer hose to the proper length and install. A 2-3 inch hose length for application with a HIC valve and 4-5 inch for non-HIC applications should
be adequate. Ensure that the crankcase vent hose assembly is not kinked or contacting adjacent hardware.
14.
Reinstall dashpot mounting bracket and check that dashpot clearance is to specification.
15.
Reinstall air cleaner assembly to carburetor.
16.
Reinstall lower vacuum cap to dash panel vacuum fitting tree.
