DC Motor Idle Speed Control Actuator
The DC-Motor Idle Speed Control Actuator (DC-ISCA), Figure 1 is mounted to the fuel charging assembly and controls the idle speed including such
functions as: high cam rpm, anti-diesel shut-off, dashpot and pre-positioning for next vehicle start. The DC-ISCA is driven by the EEC-IV system and
includes an integral Idle Tracking Switch (ITS).
