Immediately contact any owner of an eligible car you know of whose name does not appear on the enclosed listing. Give the owner a copy of the Owner
Letter, which is included.

Talk with your FPSD Service Zone Manager about recall concerns.

REIMBURSEMENT
Submit claims using the 1864 format on the DWE screen. Refer to your Warranty and Policy Manual Section 6.3 pages 5-8. Use a Form 1863 or
authorized alternative claim form as an internal repair order to support your DWE entry.

LABOR ALLOWANCE

FOR CARS WITH ENGINES HAVING CALIBRATION CODE 6-08A-R25

Inspect the Engine Emissions Control System to Verify Service Provided by Emissions Recall 86E55. Modify the Engine Emissions Control Systems
According to the Instructions for this Recall. Attach Vehicle Emissions Control Information (VECI) and Authorized Modifications Labels.

1.3 Hrs. - Insert in Box "B" of Form 1864

FOR CARS WITH ENGINES HAVING CALIBRATION CODES 6-08A-R27 AND R28

Modify the Engine Emissions Control Systems. Attach Vehicle Emissions Control Information (VECI) and Authorized Modifications Labels.

0.9 Hrs. - Insert in Box "C" of Form 1864

Note:

Add 0.1 Hr. Administrative Allowance to the total repair time.
