Insert the actuator rod lever into the latch lever and assure that the plastic swing clip (389666-S) is fully engaged over the rod (Figure 5, View B).

Remove the cowl side trim panels (02344-5).

Disconnect connector 503 (RH) and 504 (LH) and reverse wire 118 (pink with orange dot) with wire 117 (pink with black dot). Refer to Figure 6.
