Install the "D" ring anchor bolt and torque between 30-43 N-m (22-32 ft.lbs.). Install the "D" ring cover.
NOTE:
After the spacer has been installed and the "D" ring bolt is torqued, make sure the "D" ring is free to rotate on the bolt.
