Front Drive Halfshaft
Removal
1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to Maintenance/Service and Repair.
2. Remove the front tire and wheel.
3. Remove and discard the front wheel hub nut.
4. Remove the ABS wheel speed sensor bolt and position the sensor aside.
5. Remove the lower arm pinch bolt and nut from the lower arm.
6. Separate the lower arm from the front wheel knuckle.
7. Using the special tool, separate the front drive halfshaft from the front wheel hub.
