3. NOTE: Make sure the clips are set completely within the cable adapter groove and fully seated.

Install the 2 gearshift cable clips.

4. Install the 4 gearshift lever nuts.

Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).

5. Adjust the gearshift cables. For additional information, refer to Manual Transmission/Transaxle &/or Clutch, M/T.

6. Install the floor console finish panel.

7. Install the gearshift lever knob and boot assembly.
