Heater Core: Service and Repair

1.

Remove heater assembly.

2.

Remove heater core-to-heater housing retaining screws.

3.

Remove clips holding housing halves together, then separate housing and remove heater core.

4.

Reverse procedure to install. Additional clips may be needed after heater core has been removed to secure halves.
