Install water pump pulley assembly (E3ZZ-8509-A) (3 sheave), and crankshaft pulley assembly (E5RY- 6A312-A) (2 sheave), and a new air
conditioning drive belt (E3TZ-8620-X). (See Figure 7).

Using a belt tensioner gauge, Rotunda No. 021- 00019, tighten the air conditioning belt, 120-160 pounds.

4.

Start the vehicle and verify that engine knock has been eliminated.
