Check to see if the Turbo Boost Control Solenoid hoses are correctly connected. Proper hose routing and location are shown in Figure 13.

If hoses are reversed, disconnect them and reinstall. Secure hoses with two (2) 3/8 inch hose clamps (C9AZ-8287-A) as described in Figure 13.

If the Turbo Boost pressure is still below the specified value, perform the Pinpoint Test for Turbo Boost Control described in the
Engine/Emissions Diagnosis Manual, Volume H, Section 19 to diagnose the concern.
