10. Attach the restraint system diagnostic tools to the clockspring electrical connectors at the top of the steering column.

11. Open the glove compartment door and release the door damper cable, then fully lower the door.

Fusion and Milan

12. Remove the 2 passenger air bag module bolts.

13. CAUTION:  Do not handle the passenger air bag module by grabbing the edges of the deployment door.

Release the deployment door clips from the instrument panel (I/P) and then remove the passenger air bag module from the I/P.
