3. Reprogram the climate control module to the latest calibration using IDS release 62.09 and higher. This new calibration is not included in the VCM

2009.7 DVD. Calibration files may also be obtained at the website.

a. If the temperature on the passengers side remains in hot mode after DATC programming, proceed to Step 4.

b. If the temperature on the passengers side is corrected release the vehicle, do not continue with this procedure.

4. If vehicle was built on or before 4/6/2009 replace the right hand side temperature blend door and upper heater core and evaporator core housing

divider, refer to WSM, Section 412-01 under removal and installation of evaporator core procedure. If built after 4/6/2009 proceed to Step 5.

5. If vehicle was built on or after 4/6/2009 to 6/1/2009 replace the right hand side temperature blend door only per WSM, Section 412-01, under

Removal and Installation of Evaporator Core procedure.

If other abnormal conditions exist, follow normal diagnostics in WSM, Section 412-00. Return the vehicle to the owner and explain how the feature
works.
