Flexplate

Removal and Installation

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to Vehicle Jacking and Lifting.

2. Remove the transaxle. For additional information, refer to Automatic Transmission/Transaxle &/or Transmission Control Systems.

3. Remove the bolts and the flexplate.

To install, tighten to 80 Nm (59 lb-ft).

4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
