Fan Shroud: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
WARNING: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STRAIGHTEN OR REPAIR THE FAN BLADE. REPLACE THE FAN IF DAMAGED.
1. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.
2. Use the Fan Clutch Wrench and the Fan Hub Wrench to loosen and remove the fan blade.
NOTE: The fan shroud cannot be removed without removing the fan blade.
