3. Remove the bolt.
NOTE: Use a suitable strap wrench to hold the crankshaft pulley.
4. Use Crankshaft Damper Remover to remove the crankshaft pulley.

Install the Crankshaft Damper Remover.

Remove the crankshaft pulley.
NOTE: The jackscrew from Vibration Damper Remover Adapter must be used with Crankshaft Damper Remover.
INSTALLATION
1. Apply silicone sealant to the woodruff key slot on the crankshaft pulley.

Use Silicone Gasket and Sealant F6AZ-19562-AA or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSE-M4G323-A6.
2. Position the crankshaft pulley and tighten the bolt.
