Power Steering Pump: Service and Repair
Power Steering Pump
REMOVAL
1. Remove the drive belt.
2. Disconnect the power steering return line hose at the power steering fluid cooler.

Drain the power steering oil reservoir.
3. Disconnect the power steering pressure hose from the power steering pump.
4. Disconnect the power steering oil reservoir outlet hose from the power steering pump.
(1) Compress and move the power steering oil reservoir outlet hose clamp.
(2) Disconnect the power steering oil reservoir outlet hose from the power steering pump.
5. Remove the rear bolt.
