8. Using the special tool, remove the rear safety belt guide bolt.
9. Remove the quarter trim panel (31012).
1. Remove the pin-type retainers.
2. Feed the safety belt webbing through the opening in the quarter trim panel.
3. Remove the quarter trim panel.
