Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil.
10. Evacuate, leak test and charge the refrigerant system.

Removal and Installation
All vehicles
1. Remove the suction accumulator. For additional information, refer to Suction Accumulator See: Accumulator HVAC/Service and Repair.
2. Remove the A/C line bracket nut at the dash panel and remove the A/C line bracket.

To install, tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).
3. Remove the ground strap bolt at the dash panel.
4. Disconnect the evaporator outlet fitting.

Discard the O-ring seals.
