3. Using the Transmission Cooler Line Disconnect Tool, disconnect the quick connect coupler and remove the transmission fluid cooler tube from
the radiator.
4. Remove the transmission fluid cooler tube secondary latch from the transmission fluid cooler tube.
5. Using the Transmission Cooler Line Disconnect Tool, disconnect the quick connect coupler and separate the transmission fluid cooler tube from
the transmission fluid cooler hose.
6. Remove the transmission fluid cooler tube bracket-to-engine nut.
7. If equipped, index-mark the front driveshaft to maintain driveshaft balance.
8. If equipped, remove the 4 U-joint strap bolts and remove the U-joint straps.

Discard the bolts.
