Normal Operation
The outside air temperature sensor is hardwired to the instrument cluster through circuits VH407 (YE/GN) and RMC32 (GN/BU). The message center
displays the outside air temperature upon receipt of the outside air temperature data.
Possible Causes

circuit VH407 (YE/GN) open or short to ground

circuit RMC32 (GN/BU) open
