On vehicles that have not been disabled, disconnect the speed control cable from the throttle body cam. See Figure 5.

Disconnect the speed control cable from the accelerator bracket and all routing clips.

Disconnect the clean air tube from the elbow. See Figure 6.
7.
From inside of the vehicle, remove the clean air tube.
8.
From outside of the vehicle, position the flexible bulkhead splash shield away from the speed control servo.
