Mountaineer 4WD V6-4.0L VIN E (1999)
12. Remove the Camshaft Gear Positioning/Holding Tool.
13. Remove the Camshaft Holding Tool.
14. Remove the Crankshaft Holding Tool.
15. Install the camshaft roller followers in their original positions.

Use Valve Spring Compressor to compress the valve spring.

Install the camshaft roller followers.
16. Stall the RH valve cover.
