Voltage Regulator: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Remove the generator.
2. Remove the voltage regulator/brush holder assembly.

Remove the screws.

Remove the voltage regulator/brush holder assembly.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the voltage regulator/brush holder assembly.

Depress the brushes and insert a wire to hold brushes during installation.

Install the voltage regulator/brush holder assembly.
3
Install the screws and remove the wire.
2. Install the generator.
