Mountaineer 4WD V6-4.0L VIN E (1999)
2. Using the special tools, install the differential drive pinion bearing cups.
3. NOTE: Apply a light film of oil to the differential pinion bearings before installing them.
Assemble and position the following in the differential housing.

Position the Screw.

Position the Aligning Adapter.

Position the inner differential pinion bearing.

Position the Gauge Disc.
-
Position the Gauge Block.
-
Position the outer differential pinion bearing.
-
Thread on the Handle.
