4. Separate the fitting and remove the special tool.
INSTALLATION
1. CAUTION: O-ring seals are made of special fuel-resistant material. Use of ordinary O-ring seals can cause the fuel system to leak. Do
not reuse the O-ring seals.
NOTE:

Install new O-ring seals and lubricate them with clean engine oil.

After connecting the fuel line fitting, pull on the fitting to make sure it is fully engaged. Install the safety clip.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
