Mountaineer AWD V8-4.6L (2010)
2. Using the Crankshaft Vibration Damper Installer, install the crankshaft pulley.
3. Using a new crankshaft pulley bolt, install the bolt and washer and tighten the bolt in 4 stages.

Stage 1: Tighten to 120 Nm (89 lb-ft).

Stage 2: Loosen 360 degrees.

Stage 3: Tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).

Stage 4: Tighten an additional 90 degrees.
4. Install the accessory drive belt. For additional information, refer to Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories.
5. Install the cooling fan shroud. For additional information, refer to Cooling System &/or Engine Block Heater.
