2. Use the special tools to remove the crankshaft rear oil seal slinger.
3. Use the special tools to remove the rear oil seal.
Installation
1. CAUTION: Do not use metal scrapers, wire brushes, power abrasive discs or other abrasive means to clean the sealing surfaces. These tools
cause scratches and gouges, which make leak paths. Use a plastic scraping tool to remove all traces of old sealant.
NOTE: Lubricate the inner lip of the rear crankshaft seal with clean engine oil.
Use the two Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal Installers to install the rear oil seal.
2. Using the two Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal Installers and the Crankshaft Rear Oil Slinger Installer, install the crankshaft rear oil slinger.
3. Install the flywheel.
