7. Disconnect the compressor manifold and tube assembly from the A/C compressor.

Loosen the bolt.

Disconnect the compressor manifold and tube assembly.
NOTE: The A/C manifold and tube assembly bolt can be accessed through the opening in the RH front wheel well.
8. Discard the A/C compressor O-ring seals.
9. Lower the vehicle.
10. Remove the compressor manifold and tube assembly.

Remove the nut.

Disconnect the manifold and tube assembly.

Remove the compressor manifold and tube assembly.

Discard the O-ring seal.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

If a new compressor manifold and tube assembly is to be installed, lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil or
equivalent.

Install new O-ring seals lubricated in clean PAG oil or equivalent.
2. Evacuate, leak test, and charge the refrigerant system.
