Align the retention bracket over the cushion side shield spring clip mounting boss hole and attach the cushion side shield. (Figure 2)

NOTE

DO NOT REPLACE THE OUTSIDE CUSHION SHIELD IF THE FRONT SPRING CLIP IS LOOSE, AS THE NEW BRACKET AND SCREW
WILL PROVIDE THE PROPER RETENTION.
