NOTE:

This program will remain active in OASIS on each affected vehicle until the terms of this program have expired.

OWNER REFUNDS
Ford Motor will only refund for owner-paid repairs to the blower switch, resistor and attached wire connectors if made before the date of the Owner
Letter (or after the date of the Owner Letter if an emergency repair was made away from the servicing dealer.)

RENTAL CARS
Rental cars are not authorized for this program.
