This TSB is being republished in its entirety to correct the color identifications listed in the Application Chart.
ISSUE:
The speedometer needle may waver or the speedometer may be noisy on some vehicles. This may be caused by improper connections of the speedometer
cable, or improper routing of the cable, resulting in noise or speedometer needle waver.
ACTION:
Inspect the speedometer cable and cable connections for improper fit or improper connections. Refer to the following Service Procedure for details.

Ensure correct cable is installed on the vehicle. Refer to the Application Chart.
