Parts Requirements
Dealers must dial the toll-free number 1-800-325-5621 and give the operator Recall 95S06 and the air bag module's serial number. If the operator
verifies that the module is suspect, the dealer will receive replacement module from the supplier. If the operator verifies that the removed module is not
suspect, reinstall the air bag module and release the vehicle. You will be billed $540.83 for the replacement air bag module. This amount (plus 40%
markup) should be claimed on your recall claim form as follows:
For Dealers NOT on ACESII:
Enter total amount (part cost & markup) in Misc. Section of 1864.
For Dealers ON ACESII:
Enter total amount (part cost & markup) as "OTHER" in Misc. Expense area.
